When you submit our quote request or contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and any message or shipment details you enter. We use this only to respond to your request and prepare a quote or answer your question.
Information collected automatically
If you accept analytics cookies through the banner on our Site, we use PostHog to understand how visitors use the Site, such as pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, and general device and browser information. This helps us see what's working and fix what isn't. We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which measure aggregate traffic and page performance without setting tracking cookies or storing personal identifiers.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who We Share Information With

- Make.com, to route quote-form submissions into our internal workflow
- PostHog, for analytics, if you've accepted analytics cookies
- Vercel, our website hosting and performance-monitoring provider
- Shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, Spee-Dee Delivery, and others), for information you provide us specifically to arrange a shipment
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ship Minnesota, our customers, or others.
Data Retention
We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained by PostHog according to our account settings and is not tied to your name or contact details unless you provided them separately through a form.
Your Rights & Choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing packandship@shipminnesota.com or calling (612) 389-9016. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's Privacy
Our Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
