These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website shipminnesota.com (the "Site") and the shipping, packing, mailbox rental, and business services ("Services") offered by Ship Minnesota LLC ("Ship Minnesota," "we," "us," or "our") at 617 Locust Street, Monticello, MN 55362. By using the Site or our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or our Services.

Use of the Site

The Site provides information about our Services and lets you request a quote or contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it by any means other than the interface we provide, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

Quotes & Pricing

Any pricing information, quote, or estimate provided through the Site, by phone, or by email is an estimate only and is not a binding offer until confirmed in person or in writing at the time you drop off a shipment or request service. Final pricing depends on the actual size, weight, destination, packaging, and service level of your shipment or request, and on current carrier rates, which can change without notice.

Shipping & Carrier Services

We act as a retail shipping partner and packaging provider. When we ship a package on your behalf, the shipment is also subject to the applicable carrier's (such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or Spee-Dee Delivery) own terms of service, tariffs, and liability limits, which are set by that carrier and not by us. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by a carrier once a package is in its custody, though we will assist you with any claim process available through that carrier.

Mailbox Rentals & Business Services

Mailbox rentals, printing, copying, faxing, scanning, and document shredding services are provided subject to availability and any additional agreement or form you sign in store at the time of setup (for example, a mailbox rental agreement, where applicable). Those in-store agreements govern to the extent they conflict with these Terms.

Payments

We do not process payments through the Site. Payment for Services is collected in person at our Monticello location using the payment methods we accept there.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Ship Minnesota or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it for any other purpose without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ship Minnesota will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for any claim related to Services actually performed is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where a carrier's own liability terms apply to a shipment in its custody.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as a carrier or mapping service, that we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
